Product Description Non stick coating makes clean up easy. The extra thick grids and generous spill trough keep overflows to a minimum. A cord wrap allows for easy storage without tangles. The UNO Belgian Waffler, makes 7 1/2" round waffles that are 1 1/4" thick. 1000 watts of power. 7 setting browning control with on / off and ready light to let you know when the waffles are ready to eat.

Disapointed January 4, 2009 After a week of research on which one too get I setteled on this one. It works great but after only a week out of the box and used 3 times the numbers are coming off. I dont know if this is a print problem or what but I was very upset for the amount of Money I paid, cant even find information to contact the Maker.
Okay product December 22, 2008 It makes okay waffles but is very hard to clean and the batter still can stick even though it's non-stick. Use a lot of oil.
Makes waffles a joy! December 11, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This little machine just works. It heats quickly, takes just a minute or so to cook waffles, and cooks very evenly! It's a real looker, too. It has a power light, and the "ready" light notifies you (along with a loud beep) that your waffle has been cooked to perfection to one of the 7 heat settings. I like crispy waffles, so I usually set mine to 6 or 7. They turn out perfect. For truly crispy waffles, let the waffles cool for a little while on a rack.
It cleans easily. I cannot stress how important it is to follow instructions when taking care of appliances. The ONLY way to clean this is: Let it cool. Wipe with a damp cloth on the outside, wipe the nonstick iron on the inside with a paper towel. If there is something caked on the iron, put some oil on it and wipe it out. So far I have had nothing stick to the iron. Do not use any utensils to remove the waffles that could scratch the nonstick coating! I have been using a large wooden salad fork to remove the waffles, it has worked well.
I love the cord wrap underneath the waffler. The waffler stands on its end for storage and, unless something hits it, it won't fall over. I love that feature in my small kitchen.
My only complaint is that the lettering on the menu - "power," "ready," and the numbers - has started to wear off. But I can forgive that. Also, the recipe book seems to have some hiccups, but still has some goodies.
I received this as a Christmas gift from my husband. It's the gift that keeps on giving!
Turns out a great waffle... you just have to wait for it December 8, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This compact waffle maker produces an outstanding waffle... fires up quickly but you really have to stick to the recipes provided... and wait up to three beeping baking cycles if you want a crispy product.
thanks, but no thanks December 4, 2008 0 out of 15 found this review helpful
I don't actually have this product, so I can't tell you how it works for me. I ordered it 2 days ago because I was impressed with the reviews and thought it was a reasonable price. Today I was notified that my order was canceled. I followed the link to try and replace my order. Then I noticed the price went up by over $10. The shipping and handling is also no less than $10 since the product does not come from Amazon. So screw it, I'll get my waffle iron elsewhere.
