some of the best stuff around December 21, 2008
If you want the sugary stuff, this ain't for you. But for those who like the healthy stuff, it's actually the best cereal I've ever had. Still pretty sweet anyway and goes great with fruit. It's not in very many markets, so I'm glad Amazon has it. Totally worth testing out.

This is a great cereal! My kids love it too! It's crunchy and stays crunchy in the milk. Doesn't sog up and has a nice, almost nutty oat flavor.

I started buying Health Valley Organic Oat Bran Flakes in a military commissary in FL. Eventually, they dropped it and I started buying it at the local grocery store. It wasn't long before they didn't have it. After waiting for over a month for the grocery store to try to get it, I finally ordered on-line. I guess that should tell you how much I like the cereal. This is the best cereal we have eaten. Once my husband tried Health valley Organic Oat Flakes, he will not eat any other kind. It was getting to the point I was unable to find it in our area. I am so glad I tried Amazon.com.

This is the most satisfying cereal I have found. I have been enjoying Health Valley Oat Bran Flakes for over 12 years now and have a bowl of it every morning with some raisins. The taste is perfect, flavorful but not too sweet. I like that it is made from organic oat bran and I would recommend it to those that want to have a healthy diet.
