Very good choice for backpacking trips. I mix it with powdered milk so that just adding water gives a convenient somewhat healthful drink providing some energy. The taste is good so that the kids like it.

My boys love this. The only way my 4 yr old drink his milk. A winning combination of wonderful chocolaty taste and great nutrition. It dissolves readily in cold milk. And, to top it off Amazon offers it at a great price.

I've been buying this stuff since 1967 when you could buy a box of six packets for $.79. I grew up on the stuff....every morning M-F for 40 years....well I miss some every now and then when travelling. I am glad to see Amazon stocks it because it is sometimes hard to find the bulk cans in the local stores.
