Best Pancakes ever! December 25, 2008
I just made these for the first time for Christmas morning and they were incredible! You combine the mix with egg,melted butter and milk (I used skim). Very yummy and delicately spiced. Not too pumpkin-y...just right. Careful though cause each serving is 290 calories and that is of course without any toppings,syrup etc.
Excellent flavor and texture April 12, 2008
Our family loves this mix. We often mix a batch of this and a batch of regular buttermilk pancake mix. It still has plenty of pumpkin flavor (not over powering) and makes the can last longer. The pancakes mix up a little thick if you follow the recipe so you might need to add a little extra milk. Yum!

This mix makes great waffles. While cooking, they fill the kitchen with a wonderful aroma. They are very tasty & a perfect fall treat! Next time I make some, I am going to add some pecans to the batter - YUM!
