Tasty! December 6, 2008 Having to ditch pop tarts for their extensive list of ingredients, including trans fat, I first bought the strawberry ones of this brand. I loved them, and bought and entire case here. Then I decided to try blueberry. Both are great, but I liked strawberry better. The only bad thing is that they have a lot of sugar (20g each).
Yummy, natural, organic treat April 20, 2008 With a 5 year old who has several food allergies, it is so had to find breakfast foods and treats that are like regular store items. He loves these tasty pastries and I love the fact that they are all natural and organic. I highly recommend for all children.
Better alternative to pop tarts April 14, 2008 My kids beg for pop tarts, but since I don't want them to have the high fructose corn syrup, I say no. I found thiese and my Kids actually like them better than pop tarts. The texture is far superior to pop tarts.
If you're really committed to eating them, they're ok February 6, 2008 So, I'm trying to be a responsible parent. I buy these and give my kids the "It's these or nothing- no more pop-tarts" speech.
Result- my kids eat a lot more cereal. Even my 2 year old, who eats anything, won't eat them.
Personally, I think they're pretty good toasted, not so hot (pun!) un-toasted. I took 5 boxes to work, and the opinions were universally the same.
So, if your satisfaction in eating somewhat healthier outweighs your taste buds, have at 'em!
KEEPER! December 4, 2007 These were a big family hit. They have a bigger fruit taste than non-organic.
I found them to be very sweet. Makes a great snack or even dessert!
