I was very pleased with the Carnation No Sugar Added Vanilla Packets. I had already purchased and used the Chocolate variety from the grocery store, but I was never able to locate the vanilla and the variety packets.

Carnation Instant Breakfast, Classic French Vanilla, No Sugar Added, 8-Count Packets (Pack of 4)My husband has used powdered Carnation Instant Breakfast French Vanilla for 40+ years and says that it is the best drink he has each day. He has developed Diabetes and changed to the sugar free mix and likes it as well, if not better. His blood sugar has gone down and we seem to be able to maintain it now. We are so glad that he can still have his "best drink of the day"!!
Excellent for Shakes and Smoothies! July 22, 2008
My wife and I experimented with these by adding milk, ice cubes, and fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries, or other) to our blender. They make incredible (and healthy) drinks. To be honest, we have never simply added milk to them and used them for a breakfast drink. However, I will be a regular customer on this product, which is not always easy to find in the grocery stores.

This product tastes great. It is a very good idea for breakfast when you don't want to eat anything. Especially if you have diabetes.

I like vanilla for mixing with other flavors in smoothies. It gives me nutrition plus flexibility to vary my breakfast flavors with different fruits. Also mixes well with protein powders.
