Great for cooking March 8, 2007

I love using these eggs for making cookies. Because they are pastuerized, I can eat all the dough I want & don't have to worry about getting sick. Plus, they have a long shelf life so they are convenient to have around for baking. My cookies taste the same as if I use regular eggs.

I make a protein shake for breakfast every day and don't like the taste of
other protein powders. This one is great and I have been using it for years.
I tried cooking a meringue dessert with it once and it wasn't really as good
as actual egg whites for that, though. As protein powder it is the best!
