My girls hair now smells burnt got her it for christmas a bad decision. Her hair is getting a little brittle due to chi. She going to get a chi from an authorized chi dealer a salon avoid this dealer discontjungle. Trying to get a refund as we speak.

I was always afraid to try an iron because I never learned to use a curling iron. This model was highly recommended by a friend. I asked my stylist to show me how to use it and have had consistent success.

I wasn't sure how much I would use this Flat Iron, but I love it. I use it almost everyday. I've had it for over a month and I use Biosilk or CHI silk infusion and there is no damage to my hair.

Wow! This product has a good reputation and it truly lives up to it! It arrived so fast which is amazing in itself since it was just before xmas. Then, when I plugged it in, it was ready to use very quickly and worked like a charm. Glad to have a product that works as great as expected!
