Product Description The TView Micro is small and lightweight powered by the PS2/AT or USB port. The revolutionary FS400 video processor is what gives the TView Micro its high quality video output and TrueScale video compression to fit your computer image on any TV. The TView Micro will convert computer resolutions from VGA (640 x 480) to XGA (1024 x 768) and cleanly display them on your television. In addition to this the TView Micro works great with all Mac and PC applications and with NTSC or PAL which are sold separately.
Amazon.com Product Description The TView Micro PC-to-TV scan converter is based on TView proprietary FS400 video processing technology. By compressing computer resolutions of VGA (640 x 480) to XGA (1,024 x 768), it's able to generate high-quality video output, fitting your images cleanly onto any TV screen. The small and compact design offers PS2/AT and USB connectivity, and is compatible with virtually all PC and Mac applications, as well as NTSC and PAL formatting.

Happy With It October 26, 2008 I'm happy with it. I'm sure some are better quality but it works as good as I expected and would buy it again if I had need of another.
TView Micro PC-to-TV Scan Converter August 30, 2008 Works just as I expected. I am using it to come out of a computer (Mac) to split and go one way to a video mixer via RCA cables and the other way to a projector using VGA.
Picture OK But Doesn't Fill Screen April 11, 2003 39 out of 39 found this review helpful
The picture quality on this is fine, if that's all you care about. It does flicker a lot on startup and such but that seems to be pretty standard for these kinds of things. The biggest negative is that the picture does not fill the TV screen (i.e. not enough overscanning). It does have vertical size adjustments but they don't fix this problem. I just called the manufacturer and they said that it is a known problem. Buy the TView Silver if you want to avoid this.
