Condition: Disc only, no artwork. Viewed once or twice at home only. Bought from store in the US some time ago, probably Circuit City, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, or Stop and Shop. Since I don't have the original artwork, I am making a guess that this is the best fit for the disc that I have with the listings of DVDs Amazon has with the same title. Disc has "widescreen" and "20748.1.A" printed on it.
